Physique model and muse of Bruce Bellas. Bellas died in 1974 while attending the Calgary Stampede in Canada with Buono. Buono inherited Bellas’ house and photo archive, as he had been the assistant, lover, and caregiver of Bellas. Buono restarted Bruce of LA as Kensington Road, selling the full nudes of physique models by Bellas in the mail for the first time. In 1977 Buono sold both Bellas’ photo archive and house to Kent Schlesselmen/Kurt Dietrick (1935-2014).
Kensington Road continued until 1981 when it ceased publication of Bellas’ photos. The photo archive was dispersed through the years by Schlesselmen until his death.
