ReplyDeleteOh boy - pushing my buttons again, Rick! Aaron Cage (real name: Scott Sherwood) was a fan favorite who had a decent career in porn, thanks to Colt. And - unusually - as a "good ending," escaped the industry and made a good career for himself (albeit with a cloud).
ReplyDeleteScott was born in 1967 in Sydney, Australia. Standing at 6'4" and weighing 226lbs (at his peak) he was a mountain of a man who was actually kind of small as a child and was picked on frequently. His two older brothers taught him how to defend himself and got him started on the road with the fitness program.
Sometime early in his life (unknown when) his family transitioned to London, but he (last known) lives in East Sussex today. During his upper school years, he suddenly shot up in size and body type seemingly overnight and becoming the hairy beautiful beast that he was, and hopefully still is today. He continued his fitness regimen and upon graduation from grade school, went to college where he studied Physical Education.
Interestingly, despite his major and his love of fitness, Scott seemingly wasn't interested in sports; even though he was courted by all of the coaches in university (wrestling, football, rugby, etc). It seemed working out was the limit of his interest. After matriculating, he received a degree in Physical Fitness and Education and went on to become a high school Gym Teacher and supplemented his income as a FItness Trainer at some of the more popular gyms in London. Clients quickly became enamored with Scott; they remember him as brilliant and challenging and he was highly sought after because he definitely got results. However, they also described him as a bit aloof with a quiet demeanor; he was friendly, but definitely keep a boundary between his personal and professional lives.
Scott was "discovered" at a gay bar (as a patron) and pulled into the porn world by doing a film for Butch Dixon in 2009 ("Drilling Ass"). Contrary to stereotypes, Scott (for all his size) was primarily a bottom, although he did top in some scenes. The movie was well received, and soon Colt came knocking on his door. He then appeared in five films for Colt between 2010 and 2011 and then did a few minor films with other studios including going back to Butch Dixon, as well as Bound Jocks and FreshSX. His final film was in 2016 for Dominic Ford Productions. He also has several re-released "compilation" films in which his earlier work was included on.
It seemed when he left Colt though, that he was done with porn - he went back to college and built on his Academic degree with another in mathematics in 2015 and settled down, becoming a math teacher in East Sussex at Peacehaven Community School in 2016. But it wasn't meant to be - in 2018, his students (during a lunch break) in the play yard googled their bodybuilder teacher's name, and his entire history in porn came out. A yard monitor (teacher) came over to see what everyone was gathered around about, and then reported Scott to the school administration; as you can guess, he went home that day because "he was feeling ill."
From there, the trail disappears - he never came back to the school he loved teaching at, and no disposition on what happened to him was ever publicized. I like to think that he is somewhere else teaching these days, perhaps settled down with another bodybuilder somewhere. He is almost 60 now (so close to retirement age) but who knows?

THANKS for that history! Unfortunately, he came along a bit after I eased out of watching male porn. He DOES seem to have the ultimate "dad bod" AND is somebody I do like to look at. Kind of in the mold of Clint Walker, but hotter and hairier.
