ReplyDeleteIt's remarkable that so many people don't get that point about same-sex marriage just being equal rights. It took me a long time to get it back when this was first becoming a widely-discussed issue.

DeleteI mean that back in the nineties when same-sex marriage first started to be discussed as a serious possibility in general society, it took me a long time to grasp the idea that it was just a matter of equal rights, even though nowadays it seems obvious to me.
