When the mass shootings continue year after year, decade after decade, it is odd to European eyes that nothing is ever done to change the situation. The Constitution is banded about as if there is no way changes to that could ever be made. It is a man made document which is 236 years old. A lot has changed in that time. The recent shooting in Australia made headlines because it is out of the ordinary and there are already changes to gun ownership laws being considered. That was only a week ago. Do Americans like to see children being randomly shot? I really cannot think that is the case.

DeleteI will not see an change in my lifetime. I have acquiesced; realize I have, at best, 20 more years. I have almost given up on American democracy; we'll circle back to this pin point next November, providing the giant, floating, orange, mental defect turd does not cancel the mid-term elections for "National Security".
