Such a wonderful woman and ahead of her time. Her views on sex were frank and fun and paved the way after Masters and Johnson, et al, for educational discourse on matters of sexuality and our obvious ignorance on the subject after years of puritanical thinking and repression. I love that woman.
The Republicans must have hated her for her enlightenment.
Dr. Ruth was amazing! I was drawn to her for her "sex talks" on TV, but was flabbergasted when she started talking about dildoes and vibrators as if they were something normal in our lives. A great lady that got lots of people balking, especially privately, and getting needed information about their sex lives. May she rest in peace.
