Maybe I'm just getting old. I don't think kids today even do April Fools jokes (sad) We used to go around all day thinking of some silly way to prank someone. Simple as "Dad, you got a flat tire!!:" Then naturally he would go out and check it, and we would say out loud "April Fool's"!!
Oh the world has turned nasty in some ways or maybe I'm just not in a good mood today, hopefully that's what it is. When today's kids grow up, maybe they will be saying to their kids, ah those were the good old days, just like my mom and Dad would say to us.
