OMG! It's so obvious from outside USA that we cannot understand that you, Americans, cannot get it.
Thoughts and prayers and blah, blah, blah will never end this issue in USA.
We in Canada as in many democratic countries have not that much mass shootings and we have some menal health issues like in USA BUT we have laws regulating to own a gun. In Canada, all the assault weapons in AR15 style are forbidden and the hunting guns cannot have more than 5 amunition magazine.
This debate concerning gun ownership will be raging long after Wayne LaPierre and some of us are dead and gone, by natural causes or gun violence. Until the right-wing nut jobs can't control this issue, we are all potential victims. This is why I drink. Cocktails, my patio, 5pm. All like-minded people are welcome.

I live in Montreal and did go to Vancouver once and I liked the city and the mountains etc..
But it's quite far away..
