What a strange creation. It reminds me of the Corn Palace in one of the Dakotas. Or... there's also some strange kind of mortar and glass structure in one of the Dakotas... Odd places.
Ful name "Le Palais idéal su facteur cheval", made by a sweet nutcase. It took this actual postman more than 30 years to build it.
