Both great memes. Never thought about marbles as a solution to that problem. I just fish 'em out when I see a bug that got pulled into our birdbaths. Granted, it's too late sometimes, but I do what I can.

ReplyDeleteThough the whole thing most probably needs to be washed at least once a week, for stagnant water like this attracts flies and mosquitoes that lay their eggs.
I like that thing with the marbles for the bees. It's the bees' knees, so to speak.
