Great video. I watched it and then at the end was a group of other videos I might be interested in. I ended up going from one to another for two hours! The I thought 'I really need to get some fresh air!, and I went for a walk.

So you did the "Due to popular demand..." blooming thing. Hurray!
Thank you Rick.
The erectile aspect set aside - some comments are to be expected this way from fellow contributors - mushrooms are a true gift from Mother Nature. Not only are they beautiful in their apparent simplicity yet compelling variety. They also deliciously feed us - how I love cooking a morels risotto for the ones I love. They can help keep us healthy, which is a valuable reason to eat non-pasteurized cheese (that's be the Frenchy-me speaking), spreading shiitake on your meals is fine too. They are easy to grow at home even if you live in an apartment : growing oyster mushrooms in your kitchen (or on your tea table if you'd rather) is as beautiful as it is rewarding for your taste buds. Even the maleficent red ones are splendid to observe when lying on the leaf carpet of a clearing. If you're lucky enough a scarab or two will complete the scenery :-)
And they are just a 'sprouting' of the fragile mycelium network they grow underneath the woods' soil.
Did I mention I have a great esteem for the mushroom family?

Amazing how mother nature can show us such marvels.

Very Phillip Glass. The Boyfriend is just wild to find mushrooms in the wild and wants to grow them in the yard. I do not. No, it's not a drug thing. He just thinks they are beautiful. And they are. In the forest. Where they belong.
