Post-10099...
This is old news, but I ran across it only this morning. Apparently, as long as they get theirs, everyone else can go suck an egg.

Happy Hanukkah
When searching Google Images for Menorahs, I ran across the top pic, which is the one Jerry and I have. It's a neat design, but those tiny light bulbs are difficult to turn.
Something curious I noticed during this search is that some Menorahs have only seven lights, while most have nine. Can anyone explain this to me?

(Steve, thanks for these!)
Howard in CT informed me of the possible reason I have less control over posting: Blogger has decided to institute a "slide show" feature on the posts. I've learned how to over-ride the placement default by going into the HTML language and changing it there, but that's a time-consuming pain in the ass.
P.S. - I have learned that left-clicking on any pic will start the slide show, but pix cannot be grabbed from there. That can still be accomplished through right-clicking on the desired pic.

Today begins my stressful journey into trapping the mom cat and her kitten. From what I've learned, they might be euthanized if taken to the local county animal shelter because there's simply too many cats needing homes.
When I was viewing how to trap a cat on YouTube, there were so many horrible, horrible people with horrible suggestions as to what to do with cats after they're caught. I'd like to throw those people into a lake trapped inside a cage.
