ReplyDeleteMan, did I crush on this handsome dude in the early 70s-80s. The Ah Men catalog brings back many memories of ordering clothing(?) through the mail, my first posing strap, other underwear including a black mesh bikini and matching t-shirt. Still in the closet at that time, wore them in the house with the blinds closed. I don't remember him being that beefed-up in 2 of the photos but that Playgirl cover was a winner(gorgeous head of curls) when I would buy both a copy of Playboy and Playgirl so the checkout clerk would think I was in a hetero relationship, but probably didn't fool anyone. Great memories Ricky.

ReplyDeleteIn the middle 1960s, I was in elementary school and was enjoying looking at guys with muscles and tans. Which usually meant "football guys" (worked out with weights and drove shirtless when possible in the summer) or farm guys who were shirtless except when "going into stores AND had nice tans. Then there were the "rich kids" whose family could afford the better cuts of meat and usually had a swimming pool in the back yard. When I got older, I lusted after the Ah Men! ads, with their great looking guys in skimpy attire. THOSE were the days! When guys with muscles and tans got the girls! Of course, those guys looked great in any clothes they wore, too, which made me a bit jealous, back then.
