1959 Ghia Selene I

Ghia Selene I Concept, 1959. An early work by Tom Tiaarda not long after he joined Ghia, the Selene I was a futuristic rear-engined prototype (it was never actually fitted with an engine). The driver and front passenger were cantilevered over the front wheels with four passengers facing each other in the rear compartment.

Il genio de Tom Tjaarda, suo padre John Tjaarda, fu un contemporaneo di Paul Jaray nella progettazione di automobili aerodinamiche.

  2. Interesting how the rear end contours seem to have many shapes of the 1959 Pontiac FRONT END?
