  2. 8246 looks a little top heavy----The flow threw the house of 8245 is odd----Follow the route for a guest to use the lavatory---One has to trapse towards the back of the house and threw the dinning room----Might as well stop in the kitchen for a snack---Lets see if we can turn that attic into livable space----I see the windows-----8242 for the win----But truth be told, I would like one extra room on the first floor----How about a study/television room----
