Sam Dekker is a beautiful man and was a great asset in the Colt Stud stalls. Never a "gym bunny" like many models, his almost perfectly proportioned structure and rugged attitude came naturally; he was a construction worker. While this series primarily features C&W theme (popular for the era!), his other was more traditional, wearing tank tops, faded jeans, around the pool, etc. (I think that's where the last two came from). He only did a couple of print spreads for Colt and starred in one reel that was to be included as part of a Colt Men vignette pack but never happened. The reel did eventually get released back in the mid-2010's sometime as part of Colt's Icon series and does surface (on occasion) online, but it's considered a rarity. Damn I wish I had a copy of it!

DeleteLOL yeah, I guess I do Rick... when I was a young gay thing that was hiding in the closet desperate to know something - anything - about about the community, I found a stack of old gay porn magazines out at a trash dumpster in my parent's subdivision in front of a house that was being rebuilt (it had partially burned down). Torso, Mandate, Drummer and yes - even Colt - were in this stack of about 30 glossy books; this was in the early 1980's and most were vintage (even at that time!). I guiltily gathered them all up and took them home, stashing them in my secret spot up in the attic.
DeleteThose magazines and the articles and information inside them were my lifeline and - well, let's just say "inspiration" for a teenagers various activities - for the next seven years. Once I got older, came out and went in the world on my own, I wanted to learn everything about those guys that I could (at least those that had a name attached to them); it led to quite the education! It uh... also led to a movie collection of over 1,500 films sitting on a 42TB Synology NAS, all multi-indexed and cataloged in a SQL database accessed through KODI and contains many vintage films from the 60's through today; each with synopsis, scene descriptions and abbreviated biographies of the actors...
