Sixtiy years ago, John Lennon's joke (that's what it was) about The Beatles being worldly more famous than Jesus Christ led to American people to literally burn everything Beatles' related - staring with their records - in public places.
ReplyDeleteNowadays a deranged man sitting in the WH's Oval Office, a man obviously suffering from dementia like his father before him - is barking through the thin lips of his asshole mouth so many things that would have had him sent right away in an asylum back in the days when America was led by sane people.
As much as I am keen on watching both many American voters turning back to Dems as well as Republican reps seemingly taking a distance from "Dear Leader" (MTG doesn't count in that matter, she's just going with the coming tide and seeking for her Rep's retirement fee), as a foreigner I stand appalled. And quite frightened.
My beloved Europe is quite weak. The U.S. seem to become even weaker by the day. What both are running into seems dark. Very dark.

This cartoon is just depicting the real insane old man. He often begins on the matter but immediately will ram on his narcissic quotes telling how he is great and the most important person in the world and blah blah blah... Invoquing the 25th Amendment is not coming soo enough to stop his destroying on USA.

DeleteTo me, what we hear is just him returning to his "Developer Days". "I build the best resorts. The best golf courses. I even live at one, so it has to be GREAT!" All of this is framed against his multiple bankruptcies (which ought to get the business community "on alert"), his multiple marriages (which ought to get the religious people "on alert"), and his multiple friendships with powerful people (which should get others "on alert"). If some thing does not go his way, he's "a victim" of somebody being mean to him. "Weaponizing the laws against HIM", the Great One (to him). As he advocates for "Big, Beautiful things" (walls, flaky legislation that hides many things, etc.). Just a "real estate investor" that does the best things for everybody (including himself), even if they might be illegal or hurtful to others.
ReplyDeleteIf he wants to put up a "tower", he'll evict those living on that plot of ground as they are (to him) living in the wrong place. Their decision. A poor one. As he wants to build a big, beautiful tower there. Putting people to work (probably not paying them), building a bigger tax base for the city (which he might not pay fully, or dispute the value they put on his new property), and increasing the standard of living for those who can afford to live there (afterall, HIS name is on the building!).
Yep, "all about HIM", when something goes wrong (which it will) he becomes "a victim". Cycle repeat.
As many medical minds are zeroing-in on the hand bruises, the sleepiness, and the multiple MRIs. Adding to the ankle swelling, apparent "plumbing" items already mentioned. I'm hoping and praying that we'll be in a better economic place and political place by next Christmas. Happy Holidays, ALL!

ReplyDeleteSure he did the same old speech as usual. Never his fault, he is the best president ever on a land slide etc... etc.. He always think that Americans will swallow all of his lies and that re saying them again and again and again..... that it will become a true fact no matter if everyone with knowledge of the reality will believe him.
