ReplyDeleteInterestingly, four of the five plans include an indoor planter box that's not next to a window, so any plants in it will die without supplementary lighting. I think there's a reason this feature did not catch on.

ReplyDeleteAnd think back then houses this size in Southern California would sell between 15,000 and 25,000 dollars new. Now they are 60-70 year old houses that easily fetch over a 1,000,000 dollars today !
