#1 looks nice, but I'm wondering if it's "AI"-generated. Nothing specific I can point to, it just has a bit of that look about it. Maybe I'm being paranoid.

DeleteWith Google Lens I found that cabins #1 and 5 are located in Washington State, cabins #3 and 4 are in Canada. Not sure about #2 but saw pics with people at different angles, but AI can do that. The first cabin is in Port Orchard and its quite shallow, there really is a small back wall hidden behind the fireplace. I could live there if I had an extra $1 million+ lying around.
