The last one is absolutely true.
Rid the world of religion and see what happens. It can't be worse than what we have now. Donate the book or throw it in the garbage; drink your coffee; think how you'll live your life today, unencumbered by outside influence; change the world in some small way by unleashing your kindness and intelligence. You're going to be okay.
The state of today's world proves that religions do not stop those with no moral compass from doing harm. Look at the Orange Turd and The Couchfucker.
