As for the last one - we all know the answer to that, don't we???
No.2 for us Canadian is unbelievable as we are taking care of women when and after the birth of their child. Leave help comes from the Canadian unemployment insurance and it will be for BOTH parents. The family with children will have monthly money to help the parents ($3000/year per child).
Not to forget universal healthcare as soon as the child is born and in school for those who are in need, free meals to help them have good education.
