Les Brooks 430 me rappellent un ryokan ou j’ai séjourné dans la préfecture de Tottori au Japon. Le ryokan était dans le style art déco japonais.

@whkatk,
I did owned a duplex in the past and now living is a house apppartment with a common wall between my neighbor. Here those common walls made of concret blocks are mandatory because in case of fire it would protect the other part of the building. Those common walls are there for security and also to not hear sounds or noises coming from the other house or appartment.
