Those men's undergarments pictured are making me sweat as we speak. Too much material. I was never a fan of undergarments. I remember my father ensuring I had my undershirt on before leaving for school. No problem. I got to the bus stop, removed the extra shirt, and put it back on before heading back to the house in the afternoon. Let's raise a glass to freeballing.

PS---I was raised in the 60's and 70s. I remember living at my grandparent's home in Canada and seeing one of those close ringers. We were told not to play with it. I do love the modern convivences.

VRCooper - I'm familiar with those clothes ringers, too.

I was raised in the 40s and 50s and remember wringer washers real well. Ouch!

My maternal grandmother preferred wringer washers, in the mid fifties she purchased a top of the line Norge ringer washer. She owned it til she passed in 1966, my aunt inherited the machine and had it for 30 years until she sold it to a collector. The Norge seemed it had more chrome trim than a ‘58 Buick, and more anodized aluminum than the door panels on a ‘57 DeSoto ! -Rj
