The first image, with the water wheel, is interesting. How the water climbs to the top and then down the wheel again. Which all seem to be on the same plane.
No.1 is from the artist M. C. ESCHER who liked to use the «parallelle perspective» to play our brain with alternative reality.
Many of his artworks do the same tricks.
