That last one? Both are correct.
No.2 is so American has in some democratic countries like here in Canada we never talk about black counties or locations to rig any of our elections.
Race of sex orientation are NOT part of our speeches or concerns in our elections and surely not any religious faiths to guide our candidates to be elected.
Only in USA you have that contradiction between TWO parties on every levels of your society.
The worse are those court judges showing their political orientation which give a grip to a 45 conman to jeopardies he didn't have a fair trial and a Suprem Court which can be more conservative (let say more regressive) to sabotage any rights gain for decades and now are against the security of women and any other citizens in USA.
