When are all those carnages in USA will stop?
For now, never as this is so into each American way of «life» and that «right» is inbeded in your Constitution since 1776 when muskets were the most leathal weapons.
USA's civilisation did evolve into the 21st century but not your centuries old Constitution.
Nothing will ever change as long as dinos in the governement and most of all in the SCOTUS will stand still and never evolve.
