I really wonder if dilators were only used for constipation! I wonder when this interesting set is from.
Rectal dialators! With detailed instructions! Don't know how they might cure or help constipation (as that happens more up-stream), but giving them a bigger hole to exit from surely would help. Interesting that they had a pointy bulb head on them!
