Big Dude. Maybe we should just fuck the people who don't vote. Up here in the northwest, it was recently 70%.
The stupid thing about Nikki Haley's comment is that the average life span in the US has gown DOWN. Mainly because we have such shitty health care.
I don't want to «excite» you but here in Canada, our federal government just passed a law to put in place a «universal dental health care» so ALL Canadian will never have to pay any dental care in the future.
This will be beginning on January 2024 for the elder from 80yo up.
In February 2024 it'll be available for me as the ones from 65 to 79yo.
Going down ages it'll be available for ALL Canadians in July 2024.
This is possible because it was a condition our NDP (National Democratic Party) to support the minority Liberal PArtyh of Justin Trudeau to mainting him in power.
I'm 73yo and till I retired in 2011 I'm having my full retirement paiements from my teacher's retire plan + our RRQ, the provincial retirement plan for ALL Québécois who contrubuted while working.
Now, at 65yo, I did reciever, automaticaly my SV, federal retire plan which is like the provincial plan except it's for ALL elder Canadians over 65yo.
For the SV if your income is under $20 000/ year, you benefit of a additional among of money to help the poorest.

When a survey asked Canadians who the most famous Canadian was, they chose Tommy Douglas (a socialist from Saskatchewan who was responsible for national health care.) Americans chose Ronald Reagan.
The Dems need to get the message out. We are not hearing anything from them. All they need to do is counter everything the repubs say with facts. The facts are on our side.
Inflation is due in large part to corporate greed.
