Oh, "they're" trying alright! Little by little, they're trying!
Unbelievable that in USA, the worlds «example of democracy», to see how a party can gerrymander on any elections.
For a so advanced technological country, you are still ruled by such a old Constitution from the 18th century.
Now with tihose flaws, the Retrumplicans are making it harder to have fair and just elections so they can gain power.
Your republic is less and less the «Land of Liberty» or the «We The People» country for ALL of your citizens.
As a Canadian I fear of what will come out of the 2024 election and for the next 14 months how the Trump's justice affairs will be affecting your society.
Hope that the judge will put Trump in jail with all his «gag» offenses by spreading hate on X and his Truth plarform. The more he is «vomiting» his hainous comments, more he should be paving his way to jail BUT.. He sadly is still an ex president.... NO, he is now a simple US citizen and should be treated the same as any other citizens.
