Yeah, it was a surprise. Let's see if the asshats go back and amend it and tighten it up. It should still get blocked in the courts because Drag IS an art form of free expression. And everyone knows that when "for the children" is invoked that it's standing on a mile-high pile of bullshit.

This is getting so ridiculous that a drag queen could do arm to kids.

Drag queens here in Montreal are everywhere and for few months in many tv shows as special guests on any time of the day.

Our Gay Pride parade in August is a festive activity even a family activity too. Many straight parents brign their kids to see it and no kids are offended or armed by seeing the show even with some almost naked guys parading.

We live is two very different countries.

I could have just felt fell off my chair when I heard that news. It just goes to show not everybody Trump appointed comes through for him. And a great way to start gay pride!

Happy Pride---

First picture-La Diplomate-A French restaurant in DC on 14th Street-NW. I remember when the restaurant was a long-time dry cleaner. When the restaurant opened reservations were months out. This was the beginning of the revitalization of 14th Street.

14th Street in Washington, DC-NW- was once the Harlem of DC. Lots of jazz clubs, restaurants...that catered to the Black community. Off of the main street, there were fine hotels that catered specially to African American clientele and had guests such as Duke Ellington, Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, and others.
