Here in Canada we don't have anything like a Second Amendment in our Constitution and also, NRA is just in USA and have no effect here.
Owning guns are very regulated here and the very RARE mass shootings are made with illegal weapons mostly coming from our USA border.
Mental health often put infront by NRA and other guns fans isn't the real issue as all the other counntries also have mental health issues but not much gun shootings.
We will never stop the killings until we get rid of weak and scared politicians.

Too many of our politicians are whores to the NRA. Until that is stopped, we are all potential NRA victims.
In Italy there are no weapons around. So it is incorrect to say that there is control. Only very few people, a part Police, Carabinieri and people of public safety can have and use weapons, for certain reasons, and subject to a license and medical examination. It was not even necessary to write it in the Italian Constitution of 1946.
