#1-3 is Fred Frandac - first pic is by Champion Studios and likely the second one also - he is supposedly French Canadian and appears to have worked for other studios before Champion likely in the late 1950s - an early pic appears in Grecian Guild Quarterly and is attributed to Take-One Studio- an early color pic of him is dated October 1962 - he has great eyebrows - #4 is the infamous Peter North aka Matt Ramsey in his early gay career for William Higgins - he did thousand of films in a long and checkered career - heres a Wikipedia entry with quite a history on his life and career
