No.3 is the core of any issues in USA. A too old and outdated Constitution and no more adapted to the 21st century life.
Also, religion should be OUT of any politic spheres like we did in the 60's here. Not to mention that big money is also hurting the access to the freedom of choice in the politic achievements.

That 2 000 years old book should be shorten and resume to the only good lesson in it: LOVE is the only law we should practice in ALL domains of our lives.
The rest of it are fables and fantasies for shepards of another age.
The same for your USA's Constitution that also is from another time or era.
We renwed our Canadian 1867 Constitution in 1982 to be more in phase with our era.
