IF white males of old were intimidated by black males (and their physical assets?), enough to "keep them down", as the white males sought to protect their definition of "big and substantial" in place, THEN coming up against a black women, educated and poised, must really escalate their "small white guy" latent anxiety and paranoia? Even with the side issue of motivating white females to seek to look "good", in similar ways as their white counterparts? End result? The GOP "end game" was shown to be what it really is . . . a sham and more "smoke and mirrors". Proving that many of their "red meat items" are really self-invented crisis items more than not. With the orientation that IF they invented the crisis, then THEY know how to fix it? As it all usually tends to blow up in their faces. Why do they seem to revel in such continued poor behavior??? Is this really the best they can do??? I commend Judge Jackson for her tolerance and composure throughout that whole affair. Just proves how great of a judge she can be!
Anon@9:15am - Today's low-life repugs are pandering to their low-life base. I thought Judge Jackson showed grace under fire from those shams of human beings.
To see a person (and in this case a woman, and black) who can show grace and mannerly behavior in the face of such goons rather than the "usual" shouting, acting out, and generally making a fool of oneself is not only a great relief but an example that one could hope others might emulate.

It was a shit show for sure, but Judge Jackson showed extreme grace under pressure. Lets not forget that whacko bitch Senator Blackburn from Tennessee... Madeline Albright said it best, "There's a special place in Hell for women who don't support each other..." Speaking of 'woman,' her bullshit about defining a woman was just ridiculous! Trump Republicans are a sick breed...
