I went to Urgent Care yesterday since I wanted some medical assistance to deal with this illness. I was sent home with a 5-day course of antibiotics for the "noise" in one of my lungs, and a 5-day course of Prednisone to help me breath better. Some of you may not know that I have COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and whenever I get an upper respiratory infection, my breathing suffers a lot. Sometimes my body doesn't handle medications well and I've been feeling sick to my stomach ever since starting this regime. I'm afraid this will be all that I post for today, unless I feel better later in the day.

Sorry to hear that Rick. My partner is always in need his inhaler it seems. I don't envy you the antibiotics, and the Prednisone burst is hard on the body. Take care of you. You're more important. ♥
