Extremely sobering pictures...they really do tell a thousand stories. And I have one of my own, unfortunately...
Two weeks ago, after nearly eight months of looking for a new place to live, I finally found a house which was perfect, just perfect.
I was all set to collect the keys this past Thursday morning [all my things had been packed, Id ordered new carpets, new curtains, new furniture, everything] only to get a phone call an hour before telling me the letting agent [what we British call our real-estate agents here] had sold it to SOMEONE ELSE!!!!GGGRRRRRRR!!!!!!
I could literally scream. Never been so upset in a long, long time, not since my father died [and that 17th anniversary of his passing is this week too] and I could easily kill right now. What gives people the right to do things like this? People put out of work like the ones in your pictures, no money for anyone.
Im lucky Im not in that position but I feel SO LET DOWN. Now, Im stuck back where I was and hating it.
If said individual ever, ever finds themself in my place of work one day...well, lets just say they wont last very long, leave it like that.

Thank you, Rick. Im seeing someone in official circles about it but may have to accept I have to just find somewhere else in the same area. This wont keep me down for long, I will remain positive.
