I recognised photo 2 - The Circus in Bath (England) - one of the three roads leading to the Circus is Gay Street. Just thought it worth a mention!
ReplyDeleteGoogle maps & street view confirm this -- near as I can tell from them, Gay St. is the one at the top of this photo (judging by which street has a gap in the line of houses nearest the circle).
