I would not want to live in the middle of that circle.
#3 Would make good public housing, but no. Why house everyone when developers and investors need to make obscene profits and more people can end up homeless. Developers always complain about red tape and taxes, but many times local governments relax the red tape and provide tax incentives and still the developers will only build apartments and homes advertised as either executive living or luxury living. No more building for families or folks on a budget as was the norm in the building boom of the 50s and 60s. House-ageddon is here !

#6 is the Perth Bell Tower, now home to bells originally from St Martin in the Fields.
