I'm having so much fun with that "City Island 4" game! I built up the first island to where I can't do any more, so I started working on two others. Both of the new ones still have some building I can do.
As you can see in this last one it rains once in a while and the little people actually pull out umbrellas! It even turns from day to night on each of the islands and the buildings' lights come on.
