ReplyDeleteIn Canada, our federal and provincial gorvernments are supporting parents when women are pregnant with universal healthcare and after birth with child allowances, subsidised day care, free primary and high school not to forget better accessibility to college and university for ALL. Univeristy fees are paid by 80% by the government and 20% by the students. One year in universicy is around $6000 Can.
BTW in norway it FREE....
