IF the CEOs are making money, the Company is making money. Plain and simple. As a part of this profit scenario is what it costs to produce their products. Not ONLY material costs are involved! Employee wages are too.
ReplyDeleteIF the CEOs and other officers can "share in their efforts and wealth", their part of the situation can be diminished if they might "give" some of their incentives to the PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY MAKE THEM for them. What ever happened to the popular "Profit Sharing" orientaitons of the 1980s?

ReplyDeleteThat’s beneath them and the ivory towers they built. Imagine if Americans finally had the guts to organize a nation wide strike ! You best believe you would see changes in the way corporate America treats the working class, as the workers are the very means of production and consumption. Without the workers their ivory towers collapse, their bubbles burst and their bottom lines they worship turn red !
