ReplyDeleteNO different than T***p wanting out of NATO as the Europeans did not "pay their fair share" of the cost. So they started trying to pay more, as the USA was the maj0r contributor. YET, in the world of federal taxes, more taxes tend to be paid by Blue states than the bulk of Red states. Data proves that. So BKUE states are, pretty much, funding the USA government as Red states are the "takers". I'm sure he is proud of "taking them for a ride""? So, why does he not get excited about RED states not paying their fair share of taxes? Because they are RED states, his states! Yet he makes no efforts to "lift them up" so they make more money and can pay more taxes, as a result.
Keep them "down", poorly educated (with no critical thinking capabilities), working low-wage jobs forever. Hence, NO possible way for them to "get ahead" to have a better life. No possible "challenges" to his "rule". As he continually CLAIMS to have their best interests at heart! Why does Amazon not put one of their huge distribution ceneters in those states? Not enough sales volume? No "employment poor" data centers? As long as THEY are poor and uneducated, they will never know they are feeding the "hypocrisy" of what the Rs "are selling" them. That THEY keep buying!
