Victorian Era Men's Facial Hair

    1. It's amazing to me how these styles - in some form or another - keep coming around every few decades - mutton chops, mustaches, beards, sideburns, goatees, van dykes - even the (often) hated but (often) venerated mullet/skullet has existed since the Dark- and Middle- Ages. I know that there is only so much that can be done with facial and head hair in general (there isn't a whole lot that would stick as a "style") but I think it's interesting that for the most part, not many have died off and stayed permanently gone.

  2. Most facial hair is nasty if it's not shaped and kept trimmed.
