ReplyDeleteUnfortunately it's in the nature of intelligent people to be full of doubts because intelligence makes them aware of the provisional nature of knowledge, and open to the possibility that new information could show their current views to be wrong. Absolute confidence comes easily to the stupid. If you meet someone who has never changed his mind on any major issue, you can pretty much guarantee that that's a stupid person.
