National Carrot Cake Day
I'm not a cake fan but carrot cake is my favorite. With my type 2 diabetese I have to be carefull of the sugar I can eat.

Carrot Cake. Decidedly my favorite of all the cakes. My eyes glossed over and I can't stop the saliva dripping out of the corner of my mouth. Born in September, the spices and flavors remind me of Autumn, the harvest, the leaves turning orange. Your picture is a masterpiece, who needs to visit the Louvre.

Blimey that’s good! I’ve baked a few cakes in my time as I love baking. Presumably those are marzipan ‘carrots’ to decorate? Triple layer and buttercream icing! Awesome
