JFK mentioned in one of his speeches "passing the torch" to a younger generation of leaders. I believe Biden made a comment in a speech of preparing our country for younger leadership. I'm all for Harris and I hope she picks one of the governors that have been mentioned as a running mate. VOTE BLUE!
A hero! If he'd stayed in he would have been a hero for what he's done. But he did something bigger than himself, bigger and more difficult, and put his country first, so he is a super hero! Rare is right!

I, too, was sad. Only because of the way it all went down. Uncle Joe is a kind and honorable person - a rarity in politics.
