Those futuristic cities of the future that we could dream about in the 1950s have turned into just unrealized dreams. And they will probably remain such as we are still struggling to get to high-speed trains and such. Much less many things which are really no different than what we had ages ago. EXCEPT for property values driven by developers' greeeeed.
