Okay, this had me going for awhile. The first picture shows a floating habitat that can sail to any destination of choice. The 4 corner platforms are semi-submersible, not the entire habitat. The littler image to its right is the submarine/yacht that is submersible for speeds up to 40 knots. If I had an extra 2 billion lying around......I STILL WOULDN'T BUY IT!!! My ego isn't that fragile.
Any yacht can become submersible, with a few mines in the right place.
