Oh, this isn't over yet. Because he's such a privileged fucktard, the SCOTUS will accept and hear his appeal. He placed them there for just this purpose. Time will tell if the majority of Americans will tire of this constant coddling and do something about this partisan bias.

But it brings a new concern as to what'll be the outcome when the Supreme Court rules upon it, whatever the way it opts for.

ReplyDeleteWith rulings expected on the DC case and this one, we'll see where the SCOTUS plans to take us: Retention of our Democratic Republic, or into Authoritarian Theocratic Dictatorship.
And it will be interesting to see if Thomas recuses from either case since his wife is so embedded into the Jan 6th, 2020 Coup attempt. We'll see just how much leadership influence Roberts has on his court.

ReplyDeleteWith all those law suits, it's almost amazing, not to say outrageous, that he can againg be a candidate for the Presidency of USA.
As usual, he will appeal to the SCOTUS which is already going to rule the case of if he had presidential imunity for the Jan. 6 riots.
Have to be «confident» that any justice maze against this orange conman will profit him as FREE advertising to help him to excite his MAGA base.
The ultimate test will be how most of Americans will vote for him next November 5.
What is to expect is that IF he is elected president, USA is doomed in many ways, nationaly and internationaly.
Putin is happy to see all this and is laughing about USA's «democracy» becoming as rotten as in his own country.
And, of course, the orange ogre packed the supreme court on the fed level to cast out such nonsense. Nothing will stand in this man's way... please... someone?
ReplyDeleteLooking here from Australia. Perhaps SCOTUS will take the rare opportunity to apply the law as it is written. They should take the opportunity to rid the Republican Party of MAGA. They could do the Repugs a big favour by doing what Mc Connell and his slack bunch refused to do.

ReplyDeleteRegarding the ultimate test of voters voting: America will fail. The young will whine and march but not vote. The liberals will dither and eat their own, and the conservatives will show at the polls. The elderly will vote and give the young more reason to complain that they control everything.
