I live in Canada, Montreal, and those 3 shootings were done in a college, an two universities but none in primary or high schools.
They were also very distant in time for the one at the Polytechnic university where the killer was mysogenistic guy who targeted women and killed 12 of them.
That one was more than 20 years ago.
Yes the last one says it well. Guns are the problem.
What is special is that all the illegal guns are coming from USA....
