Yes, they do...and today is election day with some very important races and questions on some ballots. The results MAY be an indication of how '24 will go.
In Province of Québec, way back in 1969, there was a great art murale inside the Québec City theater where the artist ingraved in concrete this sentence from one of our famous poet: "Vous n'êtes pas tannés de mourir bande de cave?"
This was at that time a huge contreversy but with time, it just came in like normal artistic freedom.
In English this means «Aren't you fed up to die gang of idiots? Not easy to translate this French slang in English but it give most of the meaning.
So in USA seems that you are not fed up to always being in front of all those hateful killings followed by all those useless «thoughts and prayers» which will never solve the issue.
It's the «never ending story» of NRA-killings-prayers etc...
There is a big flaw in your US Constitution named AGE. Too old and outdated for the 21st century USA.
The GOP has seemed to have adopted Trump's "change the subject" orientation. Soooner or later, ONE of them will have three brain cells which talk to each other. Which is when they will suddenly understand the huge gravity of their gun in-actions. OR until it hits in "their back yard"!
The GOP and their "friends" at The Federalist Society are bent on destroying the sanity of modern laws. Their orientation is "If it is not specifically stated in the Constitution, it's unconstitutional". The ONE case to kill all of these things has to do with a man who violated his state's directive to not own or posses guns due to prior civil violence against women he married/dated. Take away the gun background checks and then all of the crazies will own MORE guns. Not a good time ahead!
Fuck every Nazipublican on every level.
